Bill recommends “Call to schedule an inspection“. He adds “If they have not been maintained, moisture invasion may have already rotted the sheathing or caused structural damage. The decks will show signs of cracking and splitting, with visible nail pops and rust stains. With too much damage, replacement may be necessary to ensure the structural safety and avoid possible law suits.”
